I'm a software engineer with two decades of experience building scalable, mission-critical systems. I've seen technology trends come and go, but AI is different.

I founded Boyer Impact Systems to bridge that gap. While others talk about "AI magic," I focus on **engineering reality**.

My Philosophy

**Systems over tactics.** We don't just deploy a chatbot and call it a day. We look at your entire business workflow, identify the bottlenecks, and engineer AI solutions that solve real problems.

**Pragmatism over hype.** If a simple script solves the problem better than a complex LLM, we use the script. We are technology agnostic and outcome obsessed.

**Empowerment over dependency.** My goal is to build systems your team can own, not to create a permanent dependency on my consulting.
